Chicken Cheese Balls (Low Carb)

1 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 (8 oz) cream cheese packages
1 can chunk chicken, drained
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 cup pecans, chop and toast  (microwave in single layer for 15 second
intervals until golden brown)

Beat cream cheese & ranch mix until smooth & fluffy.

Fold in chicken, celery and parsley.  Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
