Bacon Tomato Dip

The flavors of bacon, tomato and basil blend perfectly in this tasty dip.


 2 cups Light or No·Fat Sour Cream
 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
 1 medium (1 cup) tomato, chopped
 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
 Crackers, chips or cut-up fresh vegetables


In medium bowl stir together all ingredients except crackers until well
mixed. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 2 hours).

Serve dip with crackers, chips or cut-up fresh vegetables.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups dip
