Spring Roll

1/4 cup each of the following veggies; julienned (sliced in thin strips)
  onions
  carrots
  cabbage
  broccoli
  water chestnuts
  * or any other veggie you prefer
1/2 cup ground beef (turkey, meat substitute)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
philo dough

Mix the veggies, meat & teriyaki sauce together and season to taste.  Put a
big spoonful onto philo dough and roll.  Bake at 325 degrees until golden
brown.

*We have used ground beef, shredded chicken breast and even omitted the
meat & added more veggies... still delicious
