Corn Dip

1 can mexi corn
1 jar pimientoes (2 or 4 0z)
1 cup grated parmesan 
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
chopped jalapenos to taste

Mix. Spread into shallow baking dish (8 x 8 or pie plate size).  Bake at
350 until bubbly (10-15 minutes)  Serve with "scoop" corn chips.
