Crispy Mallow Fingers

4 oz marshmallows 100g
4 oz plain chocolate100g
1 oz butter or Margarine 25g
1 oz desiccated coconut 25g
2 oz rice crispies 50g

Melt the marshmallow chocolate and butter together in a basin over a pan of
hot water.
Add rice crispies and coconut and mix together.
Press into a greased 7"/18cm shallow baking tray.
Allow to set and cut into fingers.
