Overnite Breakfast Blueberry Coffee Cake

1/2 cup and tablespoon sugar; divided
1-1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon butter; melted
1/3 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
In mixing bowl, beat egg and 1/2 cup sugar. Combine flour, baking powder,
and salt. Add alternately with milk to sugar mixture, beating well after
each addition. Stir in butter. Fold in berries. Pour into greased 8"
square baking pan; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cover and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 30-35
