Stove Top Peanut Butter Crisps

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 cups cornflakes
1 cup shredded coconut

In a large heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine the sugar,
peanut butter, and corn syrup.  Bring just to a boil,
stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.  Add the
cornflakes and coconut.  Turn the heat to low.  Drop
tablespoons of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool.
Makes about 40.
