Chipotle and Lime Grilled Chicken Breasts

From an advertisement for Whole Foods Market and Bell & Evans Chicken

6 whole Bell & Evans chicken breasts (I used 6 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts)

Chipotle Lime Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. ground chipotle chile
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 minced scallions

Combine above ingredients in a food processor or blender and process
until smooth. Marinate chicken breasts in marinade at least two hours
or, preferably, overnight.

Grill marinated chicken over coals or gas grill for 35 minutes, turning
occasionally until cooked and golden brown (I baked for 30 minutes at
350).
