"Rolled buttery sugar cookies...thin, crisp and tender. Made with Bisquick
and instant pudding mix."

1 cup New Bisquick
1 pkg. (about 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 oz.) favorite instant pudding
1/4 cup salad oil
1 egg

Heat oven to 350'. Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape dough
into balls, using 1 teaspoonful for each. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Dip bottom of glass into sugar; press on balls to flatten.
Bake 8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.

Also, the dough is stiff enough you could easily use cookie cutters to cut them instead of smashing them. We are going to get some different flavor puddings (I used the big boxes BTW) and bake more tomorrow. 3 big boxes of pudding made 5 dozen in less than an hour. Those were sooooo simple.
