Pork Chop Casserole

6-8 pork chops
Salt and pepper
2 med. potatoes, pared and sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. whole thyme
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes

Trim visible fat from pork chops, season with salt and pepper and brown in
skillet to remove excess fat. Place pork chops and remaining ingredients in
crock pot. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
