1 (15 oz.) can tamales
1 (15 oz.) can chili con carne
1/2 onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped olives
3/4 c. Frito corn chips, crushed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Combine above ingredients, excluding tamales, in crock pot. Stir just
enough to fold in ingredients. Unwrap tamales and lay them across the top.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours. Check
towards the end of cooking time, stirring at least twice. Serves 5.
