Kraut - Ca - Po Casserole

1 med. cabbage
Barley, hand full
2 lg. cans sauerkraut
2-3 lb. pork roast
1 qt. tomatoes, or more if you like
8 oz. fresh mushrooms or 1 lg. can

Cut cabbage in bite size pieces. Drain 1 can sauerkraut. Combine all
ingredients together and cook slowly on top of stove or in large crock pot
until pork falls off the bone. May be served with mashed potatoes as main
dish or as side dish. We like it either way! Serves 8-10.
