1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup applesauce
4 eggs, beaten
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges with liquid
Mix all above ingredients together and beat by hand for 2
minutes. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam and spread batter evenly
in pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (until cake springs
back when touched in middle). Let cake cool completely before
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 box (small) instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
Drain juice from pineapple into a measuring cup. Pour half
of juice into mixing bowl with Cool Whip and instant pudding.
Beat by hand until well blended. Keep icing refrigerated
until cake has cooled completely. Spread on completely
cooled cake. Cake must be stored in refrigerator.
