2 1/2 cups pretzels, finely crushed
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups prepared whipped topping
6 oz pkg strawberry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 pound frozen sliced strawberries
1) Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl combine crushed pretzels, margarine
and brown sugar. mix well and pat mixture into 13x9 pan. Bake for 10
minutes and let cool completely.
2) Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixing bowl. Beat until well
blended and fluffy. Add whipped topping and mix well. Set aside.
3) Slice strawberries. Set aside. In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in
boiling water and stir in strawberries. Let stand 2-3 minutes or until
