                         Chocolate Malt Cupcakes

  1 1/2           cups  Original Bisquick
     3/4           cup  sugar
     1/3           cup  baking cocoa
     1/4           cup  chocolate-flavor malted milk powder
     2/3           cup  milk
     1/4           cup  vegetable oil
  1           teaspoon  vanilla
  1                     egg
  1                can  Betty Crocker Easy Flow
                        --orange decorating icing (6.4 oz)

Heat oven 350F.  Line 18 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, with paper
baking cups, or spray with cooking spray.

Beat all ingredients except Orange Buttercream Frosting in large bowl with
electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.  Beat on
medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.  Divide evenly among
muffin cups.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Immediately remove from pan.  Cool completely, about 1 hour.  Decorate with
icing. 18 cupcakes.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):  Heat oven to 375F.  Bake 13 to 18 minutes.

NOTES : Substitution:  You can use natural-flavor malted milk powder instead
of the chocolate.

Special Touch:  Coarsely chop malted milk balls, and press into frosting on
cupcakes.  Or use halved malted milk balls, shoestring licorice and candy
"eyes" to create a special creature on top of each cupcake.
