Cream Chicken

4 oz. (approx 112g) sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 piece ginger (size 1" cube), chopped
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
6 cardamoms and cloves
1 green chili, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/4rth lb. chicken pieces
1 small bunch chopped cilantro/coriander

Chop onions, ginger, tomato, garlic and cilantro. Heat oil in the
saucepan or pressure cooker, fry the cloves and cardamom for a minute,
and then the onion, ginger, garlic and tomato for five minutes. Add
cumin, coriander and turmeric powders, half the chopped
cilantro/coriander, chicken and salt with the sour cream. Cook in the
pressure cooker on high heat for 15 minutes with the lid covered, or for
twenty five minutes in the saucepan. Garnish with green chili and
cilantro. Serve hot.
