Microwave Grape Jelly

1 c. unsweetened grape juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 pkg. (approximately 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp.) fruit pectin
1 3/4 c. sugar
Prepare 3 (8 ounce) jelly jars and lids. Combine grape juice, water and
pectin in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave on High 4 1/2 to 7 1/4 minutes or
until mixture boils. Stir in sugar. Microwave at Medium 8 to 12 minutes or
until mixture thickens slightly and coats a spoon, stirring once during
cooking to dissolve the sugar. Skim off foam and ladle into jars.
