Cranberry Orange Muffins

3/4 cup natural bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk or low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp orange rind

In bowl, combine bran, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and soda.
Mix well.  Add cranberry sauce, egg, buttermilk, oil and orange rind;
stir until combined.  Bake in 400C for 25 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
