Stuffed Potatoes

  12                    potato -- baked
   8      ounces        sour cream
   8      ounces        cheddar cheese -- shredded
                        salt and pepper

When baked potatoes are cool enough to handle, slice in half lengthwise, and
carefully scoop out insides.  Mix with a little butter, salt and pepper, sour
cream, cheese, and enough milk to make desired texture.  Spoon back into
potato shells.  Flash freeze and then transfer to freezer bag.

To serve:  Bake in frozen state at 400 for about 20-25 minutes, or until
heated through.
