Hummus

1 (15 oz) can of chick peas, drained (reserve liquid)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3 cloves of garlic or to taste
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Syrian (pita) bread, cut into wedges and warmed if desired

Put reserved liquid, sesame seeds and garlic in blender or processor. Blend 
on High until pureed. Add chick peas, lemon juice & salt. Blend on High 
speeds, scraping sides of blender occasionally as needed, until paste is of 
uniform consistency.

Meg added:
Some additional ideas are to blend cucumber and dill in it (yum!) or
jalepeno peppers!
