Turkey Salad

4 cups diced cooked turkey
6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 cup diced celery
1 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian style dressing
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, combine turkey, eggs, celery, pickle relish
and onion; mix well. In a small bowl, gradually stir evaporated
milk into mayonnaise; stir until smooth. Add Italian style
dressing, salt, and pepper; mix well. Pour dressing over turkey
mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
