Pineapple Salsa Contributed by Diane S. 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 1 medium red onion, diced 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt Juice of 1 lime In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
