Pineapple Salsa

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 medium red onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lime

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at
least 1 hour before serving. Note: This salsa goes well with grilled beef,
chicken, and fish.
