Easy Turkey Enchiladas

3 cups diced leftover turkey
8 oz Velveeta cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 4oz. can diced green chilies
1 small jar pimentos (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese
In a saucepan stir together first 7 ingredients over medium
heat till cheese is melted. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer
tortillas with 1/4 of the turkey mixture for 4 layers,
starting with tortillas and ending with turkey mixture.
Top with shredded cheese and bake in 350 oven 20-30 minutes or
till heated through.
