"Be Mine" Pink Float

   2      scoops        frozen strawberry low fat yogurt -- (about 1 cup)
                        or strawberry ice cream -- divided
   4                    frozen strawberries
     1/2  cup           milk
   2      drops         red food coloring
                        Whipped cream -- optional
                        Pink Sprinkles -- optional

Place 1/2 cup frozen yogurt, strawberries, milk, and food coloring in
blender.  Process on low to break up strawberries and then on high until
smooth.  Pour into tall glass; top with second scoop of yogurt.  If
desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
